A graduate of the Pratt Institute, Andrea Rosales designs with a passion for the city of New York, which she avidly shares with her hand-painted jewelry. Through the use of layering and watercolor, her pieces take on a whimsical and playful nature as they showcase unique and fleeting moments of time in the City of Dreams. 

This beautiful neck cuff or necklace is crafted from polished sterling silver with a hand-painted pendant displaying the view near Brooklyn Bridge in New York. Although minimal, the neck cuff makes a big statement. Wear it with both matching or contrasting colors. 

The necklace is accompanied with a print of original study painting.
